The Triban Trail is a 3 day, 185 km mountain bike adventure using as much natural trail as possible.

A route for riders with a fair level of fitness, but expert skill is not essential as the route includes lots of double track, and some great descents!
This unspoilt 500 year old inn is set in a conservation village near to Moel Famau, a perfect sunspot for relaxing on a summer’s walk or warming yourself by the open fires during winter. Homemade bar meals are served along with regular and guest ales.

The North Wales Mountain Bike Association are one of the more active mountain bike clubs in the UK, and have in the past held many national points races and even the nation championships. It is rare that the club don’t have anything in the pipeline so check out their website to get the latest.
This is a village shop situated in a charming location and run mainly by volunteers, Llanarmon yn Ial community shops offers a range of cupboard staples and a delicious range of hot bakes and cakes. Open daily from 8am – 4pm. Mobile post office service on Thursdays from 12:45.
Providing a range of products from newspapers and cupboard items to locally sourced products and delicious treats, Cilcain Community shop, opened in June 2018 and is run by volunteers from the community. There is also a mobile post office service on Monday mornings from 9:30am.
Visitors can relax over coffee, lunch or tea whilst enjoying panoramic views from the lakeside cafe. A browse around the well-stocked gift shop completes an enjoyable day out. Open 7 days a week.
The Cross Foxes is an original unspoilt country pub with two real fires and a warm welcome. We are open Tuesday to Sunday and serve good old pub grub!
‘The Loggs’ is a restored 17th century coaching inn with a traditional bar and a beautiful vaulted restaurant, with two contemporary guest bedrooms.
Cafe Florence is a workers cooperative set within the grounds of Loggerheads Country Park. We pride ourselves on the food we produce: fresh bread every morning, our own jams, chutneys and sauces, sourcing local produce where we can.
The Golden Lion Inn is a period bar and restaurant. Food is served every night from 5-7.30pm every weekday except Monday and from midday at weekends.
